I'd add a few more that would receive 5 stars, patience, creativity, integrity, humor, and sincerity. He has a tremendous amount of passion for his job and it really shows. Originally, we were going to sell on our own, but I am glad we chose to use Bob instead. I was really blown away with what he offered us throughout the sale of our home, we could not have sold our home for the price we got in the timely manner we did without him! First of all, he really understands and is in tune with the South Tampa market, a market that is not the easiest to price. The types of houses and pockets of neighborhoods vary significantly. He spent a lot of time on the market comparisons and he really nailed the correct price range to maximize our dollars. He even opened our eyes to the possibility of using different asking prices for different sales strategies depending on what our goal in the sale would be(i.e. lower price to generate bidding contest, quick sale full value price, etc.). Bob spared nothing on the marketing... we immediately had a ton of showings when we put it on the market. Bob helped endlessly with showings and scheduling, regardless of what time of the day, or day of the week. Fortunately, we sold during a seller's market, and had 3-4 offers after the first weekend. I never would have imagined having multiple offers would be a "problem", but it actually can get quite complicated and difficult, having Bob help us understand the differences in the offers(as is, stipulations, determining financial strength of each seller) etc. was invaluable. At that point, I knew it was already worth hiring Bob. Even when we were ready to settle on an offer, Bob would encourage us to keep going with the negotiations to maximize things in our favor a little further, which he did. He was creative in how he managed this process trying to understand where the buyer's were coming from in order to work the deal. Once we accepted an offer, Bob continued to be there for us through the inspection process, helping us get things taken care of at an affordable rate and protecting our interest and responsibilities along the way. And just as he had been helpful in all the other steps, he continued to be there for us all the way through the closing and even afterwards. I cannot say enough great things about working with Bob, it was like having a family member help us throughout the process, all kinds of little details and issues arose and he helped us with all of it.
